Limecrime Velvetines in Wicked Review

I love wearing natural colors or with just a hint of pink for everyday look. But when you want to look fab, you can just grab your matte red lipstick, do your brows, put some cheek stain and your good to go. I love wearing matte products because I have an oily skin. I don't like wearing shiny lipsticks or gloss because it will just add up to the shiny look on my face. So the secret to eliminating the greasy look is to wear matte products. Let me share this lip product that you will also love. 


For today's product review is a matte lip cream from Limecrime Velvetines in the shade of Wicked. It's in a bold dark red, plum or wine shade that can compliment any skin color. 

Here's what the packaging looks like. It's in a frosted glass with metallic red cover with rose design.

Here is the actual swatch under natural day light. See how creamy it looks once you applied it.

Once it dries, it dries really matte! So better moisturize first before applying this.

Now let's see if this is really long lasting. I tried rubbing it off really hard. Check out the video below to see what happens.

I also tried the water test in the video below and rubbed it off to see if it will come off. 

Pros - What I Love About It!

It has great color or pigment

Cons - What I don't like about it!
You need a waterproof or oil-based makeup remover
It's advisable to exfoliate and moisturize before putting on any matte products because it will highlight your dry,cracked and wrinkly lips.

Overall on the product?
I love it! You don't need to check and retouch because its so long-wearing.

Would I recommend this?
Definitely! Will definitely buy this again and the other shades as well.
